William Cullen, Jr., P.E.

 

Mr. Cullen is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and has over thirty (30) years of experience in civil/geotechnical engineering and environmental consulting. Mr. Cullen specializes in projects pertaining to site assessments and remediation; design, operations, and regulatory compliance for solid waste landfills; geotechnical studies; stability analysis, construction management, and oversight; and ecological assessments.

 

 

Philip Cadarette, P.G.

 

Mr. Cadarette is a Licensed Professional Geoscientist and has a B.S. in Marine Science and B.S. in Geology from Texas A&M University and has over thirty (30) years of experience in geologic and environmental consulting. Mr. Cadarette specializes in projects pertaining to geologic and hydrogeologic evaluations; construction quality assurance for solid waste landfills; geotechnical studies; stability analysis and site assessments and remediation.

Mr. Cullen has over fifteen (15) years of experience in environmental consulting and specializes in projects pertaining to environmental site assessments and remediation; operations, and regulatory compliance for solid waste landfills; regulatory compliance and permitting for industrial and commercial facilities; and ecological assessments and permitting.

 

 

Andres Almanza

 

Mr. Almanza has over twenty (20) years of professional experience in a variety of civil and environmental projects pertaining to geotechnical studies; civil design; environmental site assessments and remediation; design, operations, and regulatory compliance for solid waste landfills.
